Circle of Care serves youth and families across the state of Oklahoma through our foster care program and community stabilization programs including, counseling, Pearl's Hope transitional living for homeless mothers and their children, Preparation for Adult Living for youth who have aged out of foster care and our newly launched Parent to Parent mentorship initiative! Our mission is to provide Christian help, healing, and hope to children and families in crisis to ensure a safe, healthy, and spiritual future.
