Unleashing Your Inner Leader: Join the Bold Networking Engine

Do you crave more influence? Want to amplify your network impact? Then step up and become a leader in Bold Networking! Leaders are the driving force behind our thriving community.

Benefits of Leading:

  • Exposure & Growth: Leaders receive prominent team directory listings and exclusive leadership training, boosting your visibility and skillset.

  • Influence Magnet: As the "Go-to" person, you'll attract connections and become the center of your network's influence universe.

  • Minimal Effort, Maximum Return: Compared to the gains, the time commitment (around 10-15 minutes weekly) is minimal. You'll already be practicing many leadership behaviors as a dedicated member anyway.

Sales Coach: Lead discussions on weekly sales and leadership topics, igniting team learning and growth.

Social Director: Connect with teammates and visitors, promoting and coordinating events through engaging social media posts.

Presentation Coach: Schedule 6-minute presenters, offer feedback, and ensure presentations run smoothly.

Visitor's Coach: Welcome new visitors, answer their questions, and make them feel valued members of the team.

Promise Coach: Track the promises made to each other to connect, refer, and provide other resources to each other.

Leader Expectations:

  • Go-Giver Mindset: Embrace the philosophy of giving and the Five Laws of Stratospheric Success.

  • Active Participation: Attend most meetings, promote Cash Mob events, and actively invite guests.

  • Connect Champion: Aim for 100 Connect Meetings within six months, actively seek introductions, and introduce teammates.

  • Social Media Savvy: Like, share, and connect on various platforms to amplify Bold Networking's reach.

  • Training Enthusiasm: Prepare for and engage in the weekly training topic discussions.

  • Clear Communication: Maintain open communication with your leadership team and find replacements when needed.
