Bold has many different ways that a user can create an account, often without even realizing that they have. When this happens, the user will typically need to reset their password because they had not set one to begin with. Some users may also log in through LinkedIn if their Bold account is under the same email they use to login to LinkedIn.
If you are still unable to recover your password, Bold can help by sending a link to reset it.
- Visit the Lost Password page.
- Enter Your Username or Email Address.
- Click the “Get New Password” button.
- Check Your Email Inbox for a Password Reset Email.
In some instances, you may need to check your spam/junk folder to find the email. If you still haven’t received the email, try contacting your email service provider. They may be blocking these emails from being delivered.
