The Four Traits Self-Assessment

Introduction:

Just like health and other aspects of life, success boils down to mastering a few key traits. This survey explores four crucial traits identified by Integrity Selling's Ron Willingham – Goals, Drive, Communication, and Emotional Intelligence. By assessing your strengths and areas for improvement in these areas, you can unlock your full potential for achievement. This short list, represents the 80/20 and the 4 areas that represent about 80% of success.

Instructions:

Read each statement carefully and rate yourself on a scale of 1 (not at all) to 10 (absolutely) based on how accurately it describes you. Remember, honesty is key to gaining valuable insights.

Sections:

  • Goals:

    • Do you have clearly defined, specific goals for sales and income?

    • Do you update your goals regularly to reflect changing circumstances?

    • Are your goals aligned with your values and passions?

    • Do you break down your goals into manageable daily and weekly actions?

    • Do you feel worthy of exceeding your goals and achieving success?

  • Drive:

    • Do you pick up on nonverbal cues and unspoken meanings?

    • Can you communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals?

  • Emotional Intelligence:

    • Can you empathize with yourself and others, understanding their feelings?

    • Are you open to exploring new ideas and perspectives without judgment?

    • Do you think creatively and generate innovative solutions to problems?

    • Do you make decisions based on your values and sense of purpose?

Scoring and Action:

Once you've completed the survey, calculate your average score for each section and your overall average. This provides a snapshot of your strengths and areas for growth.
